The rules of engagement for the Just Gridiron Girlz community, fantasy league and website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Just Gridiron Girlz website ("Site"), applying to the Founding 12 fantasy league, attending an event, or joining our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or participate in league activities.
2. Eligibility
The Site and fantasy league are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By submitting an application or registering for an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. League Participation
Participation in the Just Gridiron Girlz fantasy league is subject to application review and acceptance. Team assignments, draft order, and league rules are at the discretion of the commissioner. Members are expected to compete in good faith, meet activity requirements, and treat fellow members with respect.
4. Code of Conduct
Just Gridiron Girlz is a women-focused, inclusive community. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, trolling, or any conduct that undermines a supportive environment will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or revoke league membership for violations of our Community Guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, team names, graphics, articles, podcasts, videos, and event photography — is the property of Just Gridiron Girlz or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Event Media Release
Photos, video, and audio captured at Just Gridiron Girlz events may be used for promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes, including on the Site, social media, podcasts, and marketing materials. By attending an event, you consent to such use unless you notify us in writing in advance.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information only as described there, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and league are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Just Gridiron Girlz makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Site or league services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Gridiron Girlz and its founders, organizers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in league activities.
